Way more knowledge than best friends pet store. I went in about a kitten I rescued covered in fleas like riddled with them. I ask best friends what I could do and they told me there was nothing I could do. Went to petbarn and I walked in the door and immediately had 3 different options of treating this tiny baby.

The new indoor doggy wash was warm & immaculately clean & private.The staff were very friendly & helpful.The shop was well laid out & well stocked. There was a good range of supplements & shampoos for pets also..

Booked my dog in for a groom at 8:30 was a bit late due to being in hospital and the groomers were rude, refused to listen and would not engage with me about rebooking him. I am very disappointed as I have always had good experiences at the Narre Warren store. Very disappointing and will not be going back.

I recently bought some fish from them (9) in total and 4 died they asked me to bring in a water sample and everything was fine the ammonia level was a bit high and that’s it and the manager was trying to tell me that my tank is overcrowded that’s why they’re dying I have a 120L-200L pond with only 10 small fish in it. How can you say it’s overcrowded when you’re keeping over 20 fishes in a small display box. She kept me waiting for over 30 minutes just to refund me for 1 fish instead of 4. Never going back there again. Why sell me the fish in the place if you think it’s going to be overcrowded. I’m only upset because they told me to come back with a sample and promised to replace the fish.

We took our doggo blaze in for some grooming, he come out looking so fresh and happy! Very pleased with how they treated my pooch and me as an owner :)

A relatively new store I went here to get a collapsible water bowl for my mum's dog and found a couple.It had a large amount of stock and wash bays so quite well set up.

By far the best experience I have had with a dog groomers for our 3 year old Finnish Lapphund. Our dog is double coated and generally looks traumatised after a groom. But since coming to Pakenham Petbarn, Hiccup is happy and relaxed whenever we pick her up. The staff are incredibly friendly and so genuine. I can tell our dog is comfortable and that’s important.I would absolutely recommend the team here for dog grooming

Big variety for my pup and staff were very friendly. I personally don't buy my kibble from here but the raw food and toys are a huge and great range!
