The young man that came to clean my carpet six foot by six foot area did a great job. Due to a flood in the room. He was careful with my things in the room & he was professional & did great work.

Sam was fast to respond, had great communication leading up to the job and arrived on time. Such a friendly and professional person. He took pride in his work and was finished within half an hour of arriving. Great job on the carpet cleaning, my home smelled so fresh. I would definitely book him again and recommend him to friends. Poor communication from the beginning. Told by two online customer service people prior, the nature of the new carpet stain & they both quoted $140. When the boys arrived to clean, it changed to $330. Despite two conversations with the office, I did not get anywhere. It took 10 mins to clean the spot & did not include a steam clean of the room, which was another misleading piece of information. The stain remains & the area treated discoloured. This company is a scam. I have tried phoning & no one calls back & they are rude & speak poor English. Avoid any company under Green co carpet cleaning as they appear to have more than one website & have several phone numbers. My guess is that they keep changing their name as soon as people realise it’s a scam.

Great clean and got all the stains out of the carpet as well as great and friendly!
