Today was my first time attending the Practice, found Dr sarita Gurung is very kind and caring to my baby.Would highly recommend her. She's an amazing doctor.Thank you.

I found Dr. Zim to be a thorough, very caring and gentle doctor who took the time to give good explanation to my queries. I hope he stays in the bay at this practice.

3 Doctors seeing new patients- won’t see us because we have no fixed address in Hervey Bay.Absolutely astounded!!Family FIRST does not rhyme true.We are a travelling family and I had called to make an appointment for my 2 young children and myself.I was told they have 3 new Doctors who can see new patients and an appointment available for us. I was completely dismissed when I mentioned we didn’t reside in the area.Saddened this practice was unhelpful even when there were appointments available.Unhelpful!

Dr Wayne Norval is excellent. The wait is well worth it and I will only be using this doctor for all skin needs in future. Dr Daniel Gonzalez is a wonderful GP and I am very pleased I switched to this fantastic practice. Lots kd credit to admin and lovely nursing staff.

I’m not good with Dr’s and came here to see Dr Zin for a skin leision, it turns out that it is a skin cancer, the Dr has made this as pleasant as it can be and assists with my being anxious about getting it cut out, gr8 place, Dr’s aren’t so bad.

I have mixed thoughts about this practice. In these difficult times it is easy to misjudge administrative criteria. I have been shuffled around with doctors, I suppose due to the lack of doctors available to Hervey Bay, I was put on a waiting list for (6 months) because I opted for free service to get a skin check as it was non urgent. After my appointment which I must say was quite thorough, impressed with dr Noval whose knowledge was vast. Better than some dermatologists as he specializes in skin cancer. I checked out and was shocked that they charged me $100.00 for a supposedly free check. I was not informed of this change before my appointment. They explained that the biopsy and further minor ops relating to this check would be bulk billed, which is mandatory anyway as I am an age pensioner on concession.I approached them and to their credit they refunded my $100.00I would recommend this clinic despite this and I am sure that in the future they will inform patients accordingly.

I have been to many “skin doctors” in the Wide Bay and Dr Norval is the only one that is truly qualified and experienced and knows what he is doing including having a fantastic way of making you comfortable. My wife and I are in deep gratitude and the fact he bulk bills is incredible. The wait to get in is long but we’ll worth it.

I’ve been seeing Dr Saha for a few years now, so decided to let everyone know his consummate professionalism and thoroughness in treatments was good enough to convince my mother to also change doctors. He has looked after her and myself very well, something I’ll always be thankful for.5 stars Dr Saha, and another 5 for Family First Medical Centre too.Your patient care and efficiency is very much appreciated.Chayne
