Violet Nails Waxing Earlville

This is my go to place for my nails. I never like nail places because the asian ladies usually just say ‘pick a colour’ and leave me alone without asking me what I want, they speak hardly any english and just talk amongst themselves in their language, but the ladies at this place are really nice and they try their best to get the designs to match the photo or request. I once asked for something a bit hard and it was something they had never done before so two ladies sat with me trying to get the design right, wiping it away and trying again when it would turn out odd on one nail and laughing about it. It is such a warm and friendly environment.

I really wanted to like this place because the lady that did my nails was so friendly. However, I was told a 15 minute wait time which I was happy to do. Instead I waited 30 minutes, my nails are uneven and I did not receive what I asked for. After spending $105 and an hour and a half in the salon I won’t be returning

i went to get my nails done at this place . they were very rushed and i showed a photo of what i wanted and it turned out nothing like that. very disappointed!! the lady also did not clean up my edges and left the looking quite bad, they look nothing like what i showed the lady

Been twice this year. First time the lady was super unorganised and had to keep going and looking for the right equipment. Within a few days one acrylics gel was chipped and within two weeks multiple were coming off. I decided to go back a second time as I use to go to the other store years ago and never had a problem but the second time the staff seemed annoyed about doing my nails. The day after I had them done one acrylic already coming off and now two weeks after multiple are falling off. Usually I get infills done every 4 weeks but these haven’t even lasted two weeks. Although it’s the best priced store I’ve been to the results don’t last as long

Amazing service. I wasn’t left at all after the lady that did my nails started to go and start on another client. The care she took was amazing. Very very happy with my nails. Probably be best nail salon I have been to in years.

A really nice and welcoming environment, I was a walk in and wanted to get my nails done. The customer service was friendly and accommodating, I wasn't sure what colors I wanted and they were so patient and very helpful in my decision making. I was so happy that she took care in handling my nails and I felt so comfortable. Thanks for my pretty nails I love them.
