Jim and his team are amazing! The kind of service he has provided us is above and beyond what anyone offers now days.I have never met him or his team, apart from a couple phone calls.I called them one day before an auction to ask for an inspection. He not only inspected the truck, but also when the next day and bid for us, and won the item at a very reasonable price.He also has assisted in regards to pickup, registration etc. This type of old fashioned service is unheard of now days, from a complete stranger.Let me say he has been so helpful that it blows me away! His assistance and willingness to help is very hard to find, and when you come across such amazing people you need to let others know.This is what Territory needs more of!Keep up the great work, and thanks!

Great experience today. Had a problem with a dirty fuel filter on our Landcruiser. This was fixed promptly by a competent friendly mechanic. Would recommend.

Jim got us back on the road within 20 minutes. Our 4WD broke down while on holiday in Alice Springs. Friendly and expert assistance. Highly recommended.

Had an issue with my Hilux whilst travelling and limped back to Alice. Other mechanics wouldn't look at the car for 7 to 10 days! Jim was booked out but promised to take a look and at least diagnose the problem that day so we knew how long we would be stuck there.As soon as I arrived he dropped everything and spent 2 hours diagnosing then fixing the problem. By lunch we were ready to set off again. Price for the work was VERY reasonable anywhere - let along when stuck in the middle of the outback.Very appreciative and would recommend to anyone.

We had a problem with the 4wd on our Hilux not engaging. Jim had a play and said he may be able to fix it from the top without removing the transfer case. Emma kindly dropped us in town and later picked us up. Unfortunately the problem could not be easily fixed and Jim explained with the help of a similar gearbox what the problem was. For his time and explanation Jim insisted on no charge. Thanks heaps for your time and explanation. Would happily have fixed by Jim (estimate cheaper than Toyota and more I felt more confident) and recommend him.

Called up asking for mechanical work done on my car. As it says in their name offroad mechanical service" and they said they dont do mechanical work. If thats the case change your name.."

We were on a trip with 3 small kids in hot weather. The boss wanted to have 45$ for connecting the OBD scanner but says he cannot repair it for time reasons. He also was unfriendly.

Supplied our own gear for an oil change and a few filters as we were travelling. Little did we know the fuel filter was buggered, took it back the next day after having issues. They diagnosed it no problem and replaced our broken fuel filter free of charge. Great service and friendly staff.
