Excellent service and very satisfied with the screen doors installed. Anita and Peter were very friendly, professional and accommodating from getting a quote, to installation within a week. Good old fashioned customer service. We had a few of the competitors out before we saw Rimfire Security - and let me tell you, these guys just leave the competition for dead. Friendly, professional staff, lower prices, easy booking/measure/install/payment procedure. A house renovation that was affordable, easy and painless - who knew it was possible?Can't recommend them highly enough. Huge thanks to Peter, Alex & Anita. 10/10!

Fantastic experience, great service and a great product at the best price compared to other quotes I had received. Peter was very knowledgeable and passionate about his product and was more than happy to come back out when we had our front door re-stained and I needed to change the colour on the original quote. Peter was great. Called beforehand to advise and schedule a time for the free quote and explained everything out to us, No pressure to buy! Alex the installer was also great, arrived on time and did the work with minimal disruption. Love the doors and window screens. Will Definitely recommend these guys to friends and family! I cannot recommend Peter and the team at Rimfire security highly enough. Peter promptly came to measure up and quote. The quote was the most competitive. But price is not the only factor, the work by Peter an Alex was excellent. not only did they consider the security of their product, but they also paid attention to aesthetics ti ensure that any extra bracing did not impede the view from the doors. Finally, the doors also came with upgraded/ better quality locking mechanism too. Thanks for the great job. Donovan

We're so glad we accepted Peter's quote over the others. (Why wouldn't we? His was the cheapest!) Excellent service with our doors being installed earlier that anticipated. Peter and Anita were fantastic to deal with. Friendly and extremely helpful. We can't speak more highly of Alex who was very professional and respectful in his approach, and did a sensational job installing the doors. We absolutely love our new Crimsafe screen doors! We're big on customer service, and Rimfire ticked all the boxes. Highly recommended. Thanks guys.
