My initial experience of Zoe Wicks was good. She could communicate on a professional level to ascertain the types of properties that may be of interest to me. However, when I made an offer on a property and after negotiating with the sellers,  I discovered that she was unethical and dishonest in her sales tactics or practices.  After negotiations on a property, Zoe called me to tell me that my offer had been accepted and congratulated me.  She said she would forward the contract to me.  This did not happen and ten minutes after the call, she called back to say that another buyer had offered a cash offer and that if I wanted to secure the contract, I needed to put in a higher offer.  This was extremely disappointing for me after been told that the owners had accepted my offer.  I declined to put in a higher offer as I felt she was untrustworthy.

We were delighted with every aspect of how Zoe supported us through the journey of selling our house. We couldn’t ask for a better person to guide us through the process. She is outstanding in her field and we look forward to selling our next property with Zoe
