I have a pioneer reciever and the reciever stopped working. I returned it to Powermove provided a receipt and due to a shortage of parts they replaced the reciever. Pioneer is a premium product with the associated premium support and service. I would highly recommend this company and any products they support. Additionally I would like to thank them for your service and my resulting reciever, my home theater has never been better....Buy their products and have faith they will help you if you require assistance....

I purchased an item (Klipsch SXT portable speakers) that has since been discontinued. I had a query about the possible use of the item, and emailed Powermove - the distributor. Whilst, the item could not perform in the way that I wanted, the support provided by Powermove was outstanding - a number of emails, short, to the point, very helpful, and ultimately giving me an option that was most useful.Great job Powermove! Much appreciated!

Fabulous service and friendly staff. Bought my Pioneer subwoofer in for diagnosis as it stopped working. They repaired the subwoofer and had it ready the same day. free of charge. Well done!

I sent a network streamer Oioneer N-70A for checking the PSU as it kept restarting.The service guys was kind and prompt response. Credit to Josh as he kindly assited and offered to replace an entire brand new unit as they could not source replacement part from Pioneer Japan.An unexpected offer which made me impressed with Pioneer and Power Move on their responsibility to correct their faulty product.
