Incredibly rude over the phone. Disgusting approach to customer service. Called the mainline to simply ask about a minor paint chip and asked “would you be able to give a quote over the phone?”. Their response to go on a tirade that ended with “that’s a stupid question” and then hung up on me.

I didn't like the option that RACQ gave me to start with and I went here from a recomenrecomme and they were excellent pointing out more damage than the other place and I coudnt even see. I even got a call during the job to see if I wanted some other little thing fixed that wasn't part of the insurance quote while they were doing it to make it cheaper for me! Customer service is excellent here and the job was perfect. Definite recommendation!
