Thanks Mark for going the extra mile to help us with an unappreciative customer and getting their system back up and running. All the issues were caused by the customers existing infrastructure and renovations he had completed after the installation. We recently used a Fermax intercom on a renovation job we were involved in. The salesperson, Callum, who we dealt with, was flawless in his approach to helping us get the best product for our needs. As it was a renovation, we needed to upgrade the existing intercom so finding something that would work with existing wiring and covering existing holes was crucial. The product we received actually met our needs and the clients needs perfectly hence why this is such a positive review. So easy 10/10 on this one. Thanks Cal
