I have dined here on multiple occasions. The food is very delicious, well presented, and a very good price for the amount you get. The restaurant is very pretty and has a good layout. The waitresses and staff are very friendly and have handled this extremely busy season accordingly. The vegetarian options are tasty and the dishes are flexible for dietary requirements. The restaurant contains high chairs for kids and well portioned kids meals. I will 100% be back for more.

We booked a table a day before online, it was our second experience to dine in this restaurant. The day we arrived by 6 pm and ordered Adana kebab dish and fried potato.I have ordered a Turkish Manti ( dumplings) extremely I was craving for this dish first, it was on the menu list as well but the waitress told us it is not anymore on their menu list. (: ( Our table at window side was to small for two people to dine.Spicy glasses on the table were not clean.: ( five piece triangle cut flat breads under the kebab are not enough for the menu would be or should be great ten or twelve pieces under. Requested more slice and paid a dollar on the bill for another five piece triangle bread.: ( It was so cold inside on a 9C’ night.:and lighting was poor.( one provided tissue on the table not enough for the Adana Kebab dish. One more tissue or mini packed of Turkish cologne scented wipe tissue after finish should be ready or would be great on the table that these part of Turkish dining culture in kebab restaurants.: ( after meal I’ve visited a toilet. it was not clean inside, used toilet and hand papers were on the ground, and hot water tap was not work.

Perfect place with great service. Everything taste great, reasonably priced. But there is one but… Turkish coffee brings it to extremely high level. BTW owner travelled to Turkey to get those coffee sets. Definitely will be coming for more and more.

Delicious food and fantastic location just by the pier! Really good portion sizes and reasonable pricing. The meat was cooked perfectly and the salad was fresh. Loved all the dips. Definitely will be back again if we’re in the area. We got the lamb main and Atlantic salmon main, with an added chicken skewer. For dessert we got the sticky date pudding.

I regret to share that our recent experience at Baro Mediterranean Restaurant was a disappointing one. The Turkish cuisine, usually known for its rich flavors, missed the mark on authenticity at this establishment. The Adana, which should have been fresh and succulent, tasted alarmingly aged and was suggestive of a week-old dish. Its unpleasant odor was akin to meat that should have been discarded, not served to customers.Further aggravating the situation was a disturbing incident with my daughter. She unfortunately had a mishap involving a glass cup, resulting in her hand being cut open. While we understand that accidents happen, the response from the staff left a lot to be desired. They simply cleared up the shattered glass and carried on with their work, displaying a disheartening lack of concern.Despite the visible glass in my daughter's hand and our clear distress, they offered no help nor any first aid assistance. Forced to address the situation myself, I had to run nearly 300 meters to fetch my personal first aid kit, all while the restaurant staff seemingly ignored our predicament.To add insult to injury, the service was painfully slow, further diminishing the overall dining experience. While we had anticipated a pleasant meal at Baro Mediterranean Restaurant, we left feeling disregarded and unsatisfied. It's disheartening to write this, but I feel future patrons should be aware of our experience.
