Happy Buyers-Joel is extremely professional, yet also makes you feel comfortable during the whole experience. I was stuck with the rental house madness; I lived in the shire all my life; it came to the point I had to stay at hotels for 3 months; I have a disability too which not helping . Very͏ Helpful, Knowledgeable while being Fast and Straightforward throughout the whole process.Joshua helped us tremendously through the process of buying our first property. He accommodated for us with various inspection times, helping us find information we needed and allowed us to feel comfortable in making the purchase.On the day of our inspection we wanted to purchase the property right away so Joshua helped us swiftly negotiate a sale price whereby both parties were happy. He went above and beyond finding information on the property and went to a strata meeting with us. His actions were very helpful which allowed us to complete the purchase in a comfortable manner.This whole experience was better than expected and very thankful Joshua was there to help.
