After trying to have a problem fixed with my Volvo XC-70 for several years I finally found George's Auto Prestige and at last my car's mystery problems are fixed. I have been travelling up to Sydney to 'Volvo specialists' which was inconvenient and for no benefit. Had I known George and the team were right here in Wollongong I would have had the problems fixed ages ago. I'm really happy now with how my car is running and it didn't cost too much, especially given that I chose to use genuine parts. Mt. Ousley ascent- no problems :-) The staff seem nice too... pretty approachable

George and his team are spectacular. I have been servicing my Audi A4 for 4 years with the team and cannot fault the service and quality. The team is professional and provide you with upfront service costs and ensure a smooth process. George provides personal service that is unbeatable, with the up most professional service. I couldn't be happier. I took my 2009 Mini Cooper to George's Auto Prestige and I am very happy with the entire experience and also how beautifully my car now drives.They took the time to explain every detail to me and they have earnt my trust.They even replaced my windscreen wipers with a quality set that is noiseless - I've never had that before!I highly recommend

Wow, wow, wow!! I have never met such lovely people that actually care about the customer and doing right by them. Diagnostics and service on my Audi TT is always spot on and finds issues promptly. George is an absolute gentleman and highly skilled and the team are always pleasant to deal with. Can't recommend them enough, keep up the great work!

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND GEORGE’S PRESTIGE AUTO TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A PROFESSIONAL/EUROPEAN SPECIALIST TO WORK ON THEIR PRIZE POSSESSION, AS THEY’RE EXPERTS IN THEIR FIELD. IF YOU TAKE THE TIME TO READ THE WHOLE THREAD, YOU’LL KNOW WHY…!I’m from the Central Coast. I put my BMW 320d in for a rocker cover gasket, injector seals and o-ring seals to be replaced, the following morning after the repairs I could hear a loud rattling sound coming from the engine. From what was a smooth and quiet ride, turned into a loud German like tank engine. .The mechanics who did the repairs couldn’t “apparently” work out what the rattling noise was, and after 3 attempts to try and rectify the problem, they weren’t able to! Hmmmm!So needless to say I was NOT happy with this new mystery noise, nor the fact I spent big $$$ for the repair.To cut a very long story short..I couldn’t for the likes of me find any bmw specialist on the coast who could book me in for a diagnosis, before a month and some not before 2 months.My brother lives in the Wollongong area, so I thought if I could find a European Mechanic to fix it, that I’d be willing to drive down and stay with my brother until the issue was resolved and fixed.I rang George’s Prestige Auto at Fairy Meadows “WOLLONGONG REGION”, where I spoke with George the owner/head mechanic who was so understanding and empathic to my situation, that he said for me to come and see him when I was able to, and that he’d make the time to see me, even though he had a very busy schedule.Upon seeing George himself on the morning of the booking, he had diagnosed the problem to be a damaged injector, which he had detected in under a minute. What a PRO, and the mechanics who initially worked on my car and created this problem to start with , couldn’t figure it out in their 3 attempts of trying to diagnose the problem.George immediately ordered the new injector and had it replaced that very same day! My 320d’s engine was brought back to its former glory. Hallelujah!My lesson in this experience is to go to the experts in the field if you want the job done right the first time round. You get what you pay for in life. So I’d rather pay that little bit more for that extra piece of mind.I couldn’t thank all the staff enough, for their dedication, friendliness, honesty, prompt and professional service that they had provided to me. As my nightmare of 3 weeks of rattling had finally come to a conclusion.To all, take care & God bless!
