I have been using ABA for well over a decade and have found their service second to none. Daniel is highly knowledgeable, customer friendly, and does a great job keeping me square with the tax man.

I was referred to these guys from a colleague at work and very happy for the recommendation. They are super helpful, very reasonably priced and knowledgeable. This is my second year using the Robina branch and can not speak higher of them.

I've been here for many years for personal/business tax returns. Usually happy with the service. However this time I'm disappointed with the tax refund estimate - it was not even close to what ATO refunded.Issue lays in the availability of PAYG certificate. My previous employer could not provide in time and I'm moving overseas. I rang up the office and asked Chelsea before coming in to confirm if they were able to source the amounts from the ATO and I was assured that would be ok.I also mentioned in the consultation that this was the case and was told that it would be fine. The information was not there and I got pushed into higher tax bracket with an ATO adjustment after the fact.Just make sure you have all your PAYG/group cert information before you go in as you won't get very accurate estimates at all relying on their connection to ATO database. I think I might do my own tax in future and be more diligent.

Going to Daniel was the best thing I ever did! He showed me what my previous tax agent had not done over the past years and he got me the best refund I've had! He took away the stress of tax time and helped me to understand my taxes even more. I've been recommending him to everyone I can! Thanks Daniel!

Great service , and no upfront fees. Myself and family have been with Apex Business Advisory for over 10 years just because of the service and the knowledge the staff. If you have any questions just ask they often freely give advice over the phone or via email on complicated matters.

After wondering year to year whether my tax return could be better or not, I finally went to see Dan at ABA Robina who was able to answer all my questions and find all the areas my last tax agent was missing... I've gotten my biggest returns ever two years running now! Thanks guys!
