I recently bought my engagement ring from Burlington Antiques. They have a collection of beautiful, unique rings and I found one that I absolutely love that suits my personality and style (also great value, with a certificate to prove it!). Rose and Georgia were so helpful, friendly and patient and I didn't feel at all pressured, having a satisfied and happy customer seemed more important to them than making a sale. I'm so blissfully happy and grateful to the Burlington folks - couldn't imagine a better couple of rings to wear for the rest of my life.Last year, I found the most perfect deco engagement ring in their Chadstone store (and no-one there judged my no-diamonds request!). As a bonus, it was unbelievably cheap...!And now, mid-lockdown, I found myself besotted by a teeny-tiny Art Nouveau piece on their website... they facilitated a covid-safe fitting, then resized it perfectly and delivered it safely to my door. The absolute highlight of my iso!tl;dr Two glorious, unique rings, and such sweet and helpful service!

I often walk by the Chadstone store and have to stop and have a look at the stunning jewellery on display. My partner chose my engagement ring from here knowing how much I loved the store.The staff are super friendly and helpful, even offering to give my ring a quick clean whenever I go in.Thanks ladies

I was supervising a school trip to Melbourne and stumbled upon the Xanadu that is your store while exploring with the students. It was truly, a magical place! Exquisite jewellery and exceptional staff who made my complicated purchase so easy! You helped me purchase a gorgeous vesta box with an amazing chain and offered to accept a deposit, wait for balance of payment (our group was heading to Tassie the next morning) and finally ship my little beauty up to Queensland! My visit to your store was, without doubt, the highlight of my trip! Am heading back to Melbourne in July and simply cannot wait to visit you again! You rock!

We got a beautiful ring from this store that was nearly ten sizes too big. By resizing the ring we risked the chance of damaging the shank so Kay organised for the ring to be remade in my size. I was nervous because I loved the original ring as it was but their jeweller recreated it beautifully with high quality diamonds. After wearing it for a week I realised the stone had been set a little higher than I would like. I took it back to the store and Kay was understanding and offered to have the stone lowered at no extra cost. It was done in under a week and back on my finger. Amazing service and beautiful pieces. I have recommended Burlington Antiques to all my friends and will definitely be back!

Great customer service. I worked with Georgia at the Chadstone store and had a family gemstone ring remodelled into something more contemporary. 95% of correspondence was done over email making the experience seamless and easy. Prices were competitive and turnaround time was quick. They also managed to make a plain band with the leftover gold. I would highly recommend them and will happily go there again.

My partner and I had such a great experience picking out an engagement ring! Such a beautiful selection of rings in lots of different styles, of which I tried on quite a few!It was all about the ring, the feeling and the excitement, there was never a moment of pressure.I have a beautiful Artdeco style ring that I love and it was well within our budget which made my partner happy too!Thanks to the team for making this such a wonderful process :)
