Everytime I come in (over a span of 2 years and about 5 times), I receive very poor customer service. They are not helpful, one word answers, and you need to prompt them to find information RE a product for you. Straight up they will say 'I don't know, can't help you', without even trying to find an answer.The only reason they are probably still in business is because there are not a lot of lighting stores in Darwin.2 stars for variety and products on offerZero stars for customer service.

Very bad service at 1st time as soon as wnt inside, there was s girl who spoke to me very un professionaly and she was walked back to back in front of me. When I asked her y u go back she told b cas of social distance. But I was far a way from her with my child. She should have wear a mask rather than going back to back. I came out from the shop because of that situation I had to face. Very uncomfortable.

Absolute appalling customer service stood at the counter with 2 staff behind counter for considerable time. Couldn't even say they would helpme soon. Just completely ignored. Guess this is the accepted standard in Darwin, very sad! I won't be back!

We visited the store a few months ago and were attended to by Jackson whist looking at ceiling fans. He was very friendly and knowledgeable, discussed a few options with us in detail and explained why one was better suited to the climate than the other. We purchased the abyss on his recommendation and it is a great fan that is almost completely silent, very happy indeed! Thank you Jackson for your great customer service!

So, I chose the light fitting I wanted.Assistant: It's not in stock but we can order it in for you.Me: Ok, how long will that take, a couple of weeks?Assistant: Looks like it will be January at the earliest.Me: Oh, wow, not til next year then. Can I buy the displayed one?Assistant: No, that's not possible.Me: So you're displaying a light fitting for sale that you effectively don't sell.Assistant: Yes, it happens sometimes.Me: Ok, I give up.
