10 Star Dry cleaning & Alterations & Embroidery

Well from my first visit to todays pickup , I found the gentleman who served me to be unfriendly to the point of being surly and unhelpful . I was surprised as this establishment was RECOMMENDED to me.The alterations were completed and my garment was left looking unfinished and untidy and not comfortable.. I would’ve thought that when you pick up something that has been altered, that you would be requested to try it on so that they could make sure that all was okay. But no he just handed them over. I asked if I could try the garment on and was aghast at what I could see on the inside of the garment. Anyway, lesson learnt, I won’t go back there again. And you know ,had you been a nicer individual, I would’ve actually been okay with it

Amazing service! Took my formal dress in for dry cleaning at short notice and he made sure to get it back to me in time for the event. He was really polite and gracious to me, even though I gave him a shorter time period than normal.

Left my wedding dress there & asked for the length to be altered. I said I would come back when I have lost the weight before my wedding to have the rest of the dresses altered to fit. He insisted that he take my current measurements and pay for everything I wanted done at the one time when I left the dress. I got a phone call a couple of weeks later saying he had made all alterations and made the dress to fit the original sizing (not what I asked for or wanted) he has added parts to my dress to make it bigger & changed the look of the dress. I was obviously upset about this and he took no responsibility and told me “he knows best”.I took my dress and would never ever recommend anyone go there for anything important.I would give zero stars if I could.

My friend recommended this place to me get my clothes hemmed. Got a jumpsuit, pair of jeans(& taken in to not be as baggy) & pair of pants hemmed as I'm on the shorter side. Excellent work & a great price for the 3. I got it done in a week & noticed they also have emergency cleaning/alterations as well.Will go back if need to hem/clean an outfit.

Esme is a magician! I came in with my wedding dress and he transformed it into the dress of my dreams. He is so friendly, personable and meticulous with his work. I highly highly recommend him. He only has one rule - be happy in his shop!

My partner and I took our wedding outfits in to be cleaned after the big day, mine was rather dirty on the bottoms but the store owner told me he would try his best. I am astounded at their ability to get it white again. No tan, dirt, makeup or drink spillage was left, very impressed. Would definitely come back!

both myself and my husband went to get our outfits after our big day dry ceaned at 10 star dry cleaning couldnt reccomend them more!! I went to get my heavly beaded wedding gown cleaned and preserved in a box. Can i just say the dress was black underneath the gown when i handed it in, in turn i gave plenty of time to have this back as i was in no rush to have it back as the wedding was done. When i received my dress back and inspected it it was like NEW!! if i could give more stars to this review i would!! the detail on my dress and the stains from fake tan, dirt, drink spilage the whole lot of a good time at my wedding went on my dress and Esme at 10 Stars Dry cleaning removed it all! the level of service was outstanding and i couldnt be anymore happier!! i chose to preserve my dress and it was beautifully wraped and boxed which i have full confidence is protected for many years to come. I never leave bad reviews, especially not for small/local businesses but I'making an exception today. This place should be called one star dry cleaning & alterations". The owner is the rudest ever person I have ever seen in my life. I asked him politely if the alteration could be done a little sooner that one week and the next thing he says "have a nice day bye"

My absolute go to. I would drive hours upon hours just to use their services. Always on time, reliable and priced well for their extremely professional service.
