This place has friendly and speedy service! We ordered a few items including the wing feast and steak. Firstly the steak wasn't that nice and was actually quite chewy despite it being medium rare. The wings and ribs are good and the salad was surprisingly nice.

As a burger enthusiast, it wasn't a pleasant experience.We went there at 7 pm on Tuesday, there was no one queuing in front of us. Just couple of people including food delivery driver waiting for their order.I tried the mighty" bacon and cheese burger and my partner tried the butcher's original.It took them over 20 mins even when there weren't many customers. The biggest disappointment was when I opened the box and saw the burnt patty. I though it was only on the edges of the patty. But boy I was wrong the burger taste bitter from the first to the last bite!What's the point of using "angus" patty if you are going to burn it really bad you can't even savour it. This is not acceptable at all especially for 17.9$ burger.If I had the chance to dine in. I would ask them to taste those burn patty themselves!I left two stars review because the milkshake was good and the other burgers were ok. Otherwise this would be one star review.TLDR:PRO:Burger looks goodCON:Over 20 mins waiting time when the store wasn't crowded at all and burned burger patty."

Never again! Chicken wrap leaked mayo sauce all the way down street back to the office, and chicken was pink and undercooked; shame, nice staff, but not returning.

Looked really fancy and clean, even tho food took ages to come at my tab it was cold. Would not recommend if you like eat fresh out of the oven or stove.

With a name such as this, you would expect that this place can deliver excellent ribs and burgers. The ribs are well marinated with the meat literally falling off the bone which is an excellent indication of how well they are cooked. Didn’t try their burgers this time but their grilled chicken is succulent and juicy and is accompanied by a tasty side salad.

Ribs & Burgers is an excellent choice for those seeking delicious meat-centric meals. The food is simply outstanding, and the availability of alcoholic beverages adds to the overall dining experience. While the service was decent, there were occasional delays. Nonetheless, I would definitely recommend Ribs & Burgers to anyone looking for a satisfying meal in a relaxed setting.

Dec 2022: Ribs & Burgers Zetland. A little overpriced for what you get, but what you also get is delicious. Very bland North American style chain fit out, subdued staff, and overpriced burgers and ribs. If that's what you want, then this is that place to be!
