Hotel Grand Chancellor Brisbane

Enjoyed a much needed weekend away there for our anniversary. We had a deluxe room for 2, nothing fancy, very small tv and old furniture, bed was comfortable and loved the view from the balcony. Room layout was fine, room service dinner was tasty but the portions were definitely not worth the prices. We got uber eats and went out for food the rest of the time. Wish they had vending machines for late night snacks plus we ran out of water. Front desk offered 600ml bottled water for $4 each. Buffet breakfast was great and staff all round were very hospitable. I will stay there again.

Stayed here for the magic round of the footy. It’s in a great location and it’s a very clean establishment with great customer service. It also has a restaurant with decent food at affordable prices. The rooms are also nice and tidy. The hotel itself is affordable. I’d highly recommend staying at this place

Restaurant variety of very nice food. Drinks great. They even had Soy Milk. Staff very friendly & helpful.We sat near the window to see the lovely lights of the city & surrounds as we were high up. They had wheelchsir access.

Comfortable beds, wonderful service and good location. There was a small stain on one of the towels but the rooms were mostly clean aside from that. Decent views over the city. And a good buffet breakfast for $30.

This is the not-so-grand Chancellor in Brisbane. The hotel itself (lobby, dining room, bar etc) is adequate but nothing special. The room we occupied was oddly bare, with no decorations or lamps and only some tired looking flat pack corporate furniture. It was a relatively cheap deal ($200 with breakfast and parking) and I guess we basically got what we paid for. The grandest thing was the extra charge for a double espresso at breakfast :$6! A new record for me.

This was a great place, clean, comfy & good location for what I needed. Also has car parking at a reasonable fee. Just found the front reception staff a little aloof, no real warmth or welcoming. Nothing major and not rude just professional aloofness if you know what I mean.

Some small luxuries missing like an old date small tv, no microwave, a 10 min wait at the elevators due to small lifts. Otherwise it was good. $30 a day parking is a bit high especially for the amount charged per night but that's today's world. Good location

Stayed here for two nights wasn’t the room that was advised online.Rooms were below average and there wasn’t anything to watch because you had to pay for it. Paid almost $400 for this hotel along with $100 for bond and it was definitely not up to standards.Went for a few drinks the first night and bartenders seemed rude and unqualified. Waited almost 10minHad breakfast the next morning and it was horrible my friend didn’t receive his toast with his meal and when it did come out it wasn’t buttered. What else was ordered was tasteless.Rooms were tiny, back patio is useless. House keepers were absolutely lovely and definitely underpaid.If I could give 0 stars I would
