Jim's Removals Melbourne

Changing to 1 star.My wife and I live in a very small two bed apartment, we have minimal furniture as we only use one bedroom with the other being a study. Originally quoted 2.5 hours max at approximately $438.00. The mo ers were extremely lazy, there was always one mover stilling in the truck watching videos on his phone (who also tried to advertise his own moving company)As there was only one person moving things, he also tried lifting our 75 TV alone which was subsequently damaged and exerything was poorly secured in the truck

A truck broke down and we had to wait over 3 hours for the office to send a team. Delay aside the removal guys were fantastic, we have very tall, narrow and winding stair case and they were able to carry very heavy furniture carefully and were very professional and friendly. Considering the job I think it was good value and will definitely use again.

Kane and Darren were great, they packed up my home safely and securely so I give them 5 stars. They did my bed for me and were very quick with everything they had to move. They also packed the vehicle so well I was surprised they could pack in my home a 4 tonne!The only negative would be that II should have been told by the woman who booked me in originally for the truck. She should have suggested to get a larger truck as they had to do two trips making the journey longer and ultimately more costly for meI am very happy with the service I received from Kane and DarrenI love my new home.Thankyou guys much appreciated

I had a great experience with Jim’s removals just this morning. Fast, understanding and very helpful service. Jye and Dan were fantastic and helped me get to my new place quickly, even helped me with tools as I had already packed and moved mine and forgotten about them.Great price for the service too, I really recommend these guys.

Been using Jim’s for the last 3 moves and they’ve been nothing short of fantastic every time!3 hour delay because of truck issues this time round, but when the movers showed up, they did short work of moving my belongings from my 2br apartment!Jye and his team have been absolute professionals! No lift access to my place didn’t pose an issue. They were able to move my things quickly and took great care in securing everything.Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

So happy with Kane and Darren from Jim’s Removals today. They picked up 2 beds from Ballarat to deliver back to Melbourne, with no fuss and fantastic service. They kept me informed along the way with estimated time arrivals, which were spot on accurate. They were fast, efficient, professional and lovely to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending them and would definitely use them again in the future.

Kane and Ben did a fantastic job moving my things with care. Very friendly and went the extra mile - they even hauled my couch up over the balcony when it didn’t fit up the stairs!! Cheers. Only thing I recommended to the business directly is that they give people an updated ETA as they arrived after the scheduled time of 7am - 9am. Otherwise great job and would book again!
