Drop the van in intermittent starting problems went to pick up later that day guys reply was it starts. no investigative work whatsoever $100 for nothing

I can highly recommend this business. I came in for a couple of parts for an old generator you cannot get anymore. They took the time to find equivalent parts and were friendly. When I only had eftpos they said fix me up next time". Wow!!"

Extremely bad experience! I wanted to fix the air conditioner of a car, but I was in a rush(there was only 30mins left). The guy came out had a look about 10mins and done nothing. Then he charged 30 bucks for aircon test and report. The thing is you haven’t tested yet! And there’s no report yet!I came at 4.40, which is not closed yet. He let me wait to 5.00pm. The guy didn’t mention there’s a surcharge for after 5pm!It’s like people go to a tyre shop, then the staff come out and have a look and then charging 30 bucks for telling you ‘I don’t know what’s wrong with the tyre ‘. Ridiculous!

I can't fault this place. It's small, but the staff know what they're talking about, with good equipment and speedy service. They fixed up my AC on the same day I brought it in for a diagnostic check. A job well done.

Awesome service great staff extremely helpful.

Needed a new alternator and was quoted $337 and a couple hours labour to install. When ready to pickup the guy tells me he had to take the whole thing apart and the final cost was $907. Was not happy. He would have noticed after his repair when he moved it and test drove the vehicle that there was a loud screeching rattle coming from that area, but he just hands over the keys.My usual mechanic inspected it when servicing and said a pipe/bracket heat shield was very loose and had to be tightened ,which was the cause of the rattle. He also mentioned it should of taken 3 hours tops not 5 hours to replace the alternator. If your going to rip someone off on labour then at least do the job properly!!!. Plenty of auto electricians around ,AVOID THIS ONE.

I have had my car into WAA twice and both times the service has been excellent - a quick diagnosis of the problem and then a quick turn around on the job. Couldn't recommend this business more highly.
