Terrible experienceAfter they gave us quote, we kept on calling and emailing to ask when they can do the job. They never answered my emails, never picked my call, even I left voice messages. We approached their office address which was actually a residential address, so Joe Wad said we are on leave and will be in touch next week when back. We got impression may be they are on leave that is reason. They never answered, looks they blocked my number. When at last we called them from changed number they mistakenly took call and after knowing our address refused to provide termite treatment. So rude. if they were not intent to do, why they kept us hanging a month, not attending our emails and phone calls. Instead they should nicely refuse in start. We refused many other service providers meanwhile because we decided to go ahead with them. They wasted our time and rude behaviour.Just an edit after seeing today Boss Pest & Termite Solutions owner reply full of lies and threats. Why you give your home address on quotes to misguide customers.OMG. We never approach your family all lies, instead when we suddenly found ourself in a residential area (though many people has offices in their homes, it is normal), we got puzzled and we apologised you that we disturbed you during leave. We never contacted after you refused rudely after mistakenly picking up my husband call. Giving review about any business experience is a customer right, you cant threat me to stop from giving ture review. I never saw such doggy business. We are family people please stop threatening me and my family from stoping giving reviews, otherwise I WILL CALL THE POLICE TOO for threatening us. It looks all 5 star reviews given here are from his family and friends. You can see many 5 star review soon after my review to compensate rating, though before my review there was 8 month old review.
