I do not normal visit Springwood but had sometime to fill in, old mate in there (sorry I can't remind has name) but he was very friendly and helpful and had a great chat with him store was very clean and organised wish it was closer to Ipswich

A small store but the staff are so friendly!! This is true of all EB stores but the team at Springwood go just a little bit further. Definitely drop in even though currently the centre is undergoing renovations (as at 11/03/2022) and you can't park at the closest entrance.

First of all the Customer service at the Springwood store for EB Games is Amazing.They really make you feel loved and appreciated as a customer.Secondly the store has so much to offer to Gamers, Streamers, and Collectors.I highly recommend this store, if i could give 10 stars i would.
