Nice shaded area to stop at, has a public toilet that was quite clean and well maintained. It’s also dog friendly and has park benches. A very nice area for stopping at overall.

It's a nice reserve to walk and take pets for a walk.It's really good if you need to use the restroom whilst going through Gawler and don't want to stop in the busy main street.

Dead Mans Pass Reserve
Great spot for a walk. Dog friendly, lots of parking, toilets fairly clean. Kids love exploring here, it's a regular stop off on our long distance drives. I've never seen it crowded and would recommend it for a rest stop.

Dead Mans Pass Reserve
Signage is confusing. At the entrance to the park there is a sign saying dogs need to be under effective control which I understand to mean come when called, sit etc. Further into the park though the signs indicate dogs need to be on a lead at all times. Which is it?

Beautiful scenic pathway shared by walking tracks, bikes and dogs on Leeds. There is plaques on the way to tell of the history and grassed areas to enjoy a picnic.

Fabulous mostly shaded walk along the pass. Several little rock pools to paddle in. Delightful for walking dogs. Easy flat circular track. Plenty of car parking at start. Very enjoyable walk.

Dead Mans Pass Reserve
Dead Mans Pass is an amazing place to visit. As Gawler is my hometown I love to visit there as often as possible. It's peaceful, to a point where full tranquility embraces you. It smells fresh, no smog from cars or woolies. It's aesthetically beautiful, great for photographers. You'll hardly walk 10 steps before needing to capture another perfect moment. If your family likes to walk, it's definitely an amazing place to start. It's also very clean. Maybe a few bits of rubbish here and there which is really disappointing, and a tire. But apart from that it's truly an amazing place. 10/10 recommend. :D
