The driver who dropped the skip was lovely and the skip was fine.Sadly, the lady who books in the bins and is the customer service contact, Leanne is extremely rude.As a business owner there is no way I would let her speak with or deal with customers.If she is the owner she should hire some one who actually likes dealing with people to speak to the customers and potential clients.Haven't experienced such rude, passive aggressive behaviour in a service based business before.

Kartaway skips were an absolute dream to deal with, I had no issues at all. The lady was really friendly over the phone, and the skip bin was delivered on time with no messing around, the truck driver was super friendly and so was the manager upon bin drop off. My son loved seeing the big skip truck lift the bin off the back it made his day
