I was booked in to inspect a unit at 10773/70 Remembrance, Surfers Paradise for 11:00am today. I get there at 10:58 only for the leasing agent to tell me sorry its been rented". Absolute waste of my time. I had to take time of work to come to the inspection aswell. At no point did anybody try and contact me to let me know that the unit had been rented. Which is ironic as the email they send you they specifically tell you to let them know if you can't make it to the inspection."

Lily Sun was my agent for rental since she was also an on-site manager. You are left with limited choice when they act as an on-site manager. Lily had been difficult to deal with due to lack of command over English and so it would make it very difficult to communicate with her via calls and writing. We have had no tenants for 2 months in her term of service and to make it worst, I made a mistake of hiring her as my property sales agent. It has been a very difficult journey trusting her for sales.Her solicitor reference contact had issues through out the settlement. Please don’t hire her for sales. She is inexperienced.
