Poor service. Staff here does not pay attention to detail. I could tell she was trying to finish my brows up ASAP as there was someone else waiting in line. As a result, the job was extremely asymmetrical and she trimmed the entire tail of my eyebrow off on one side. Now I have one long eyebrow and one short eyebrow, missing 1/4 of its length. I’ve been going to this place for a while and I’ve been mostly happy about the work done. But what happened today was very disappointing, and there’s nothing I can do except waiting for it to grow back.

Sono a Sydney da poco e non parlo inglese, ho sempre visto questo negozio e mi sono buttata! La ragazza, super gentile e disponibile anche se non sapevo la lingua! Ho fatto le sopracciglia, sistemate e colorate con la sua tecnica con il filo...SUPERWOW!!Ho fatto laminazione alle ciglia...ragazzi è bravissima e l’effetto è bellissimo, sono contentissima! La consiglio a tutti e tornerò sicuramente!

Uneven eye brows, they couldn't fix it and said it was due to the threading going too high??I wouldn't come back here again.Still had to pay $15 for it..they discounted $3 but i still walked out with uneven brows.

Staff member thought it was fair/appropriate to close 20 minutes early because she had a bus to catch. You get paid till 9.00pm irrespective of what suits you. Confronting her caused her to rush the job completely and cause more pain than necessary. 12/12/19

This is the only eyebrow place in top ryde I will use, I have tried them all and these guys are the best for the price!
