I started seeing Robyn to manage my back, hip and neck pain caused from endometriosis & hyper-mobility.Not only is she very kind, she took the time to listen to my medical history and concerns before providing a treatment that she tailored specifically to me and my pain points.Her treatment provided pain relief and eased the tightness in my muscles. I really liked that she used a combination of massage, physio and osteo techniques to target my pain areas correctly rather than just providing a feel good massage.After the treatment Robyn gave me an exercise prescription which she walked me though and demonstrated to ensure I understood everything before I left.I’ve been doing the exercises for a month now and I’m seeing a reduction in daily pain and tightness.I hadn’t heard of Myotherapy before visiting Robyn but it has now become part of my ongoing pain management plan and has led to a reduction in pain medication.Highly recommended!
