I highly recommend this shop. Today, I came to have CarPlay installed in my car. When I picked up the car, the staff apologized and said they accidentally bumped into my car. They had already made an appointment for repairs and asked me to let them know when I had time to come in. However, when I checked, it was just a scratch on the rear bumper, and I told them it was no big deal and not to worry about it. However they insisted on apologizing and even refunded me $400.I am very grateful for their honesty, will definitely recommend to all of my friends

The extremely passive aggressive response I'm going to get doesn't change the fact that I was told I wouldn't receive help if I price matched with a competitor. For someone that's old, Grant sure acts like a little boy.When I look at places I always check the negatives. The responses are usually quite telling. I've already gotten the part from someone else in Perth. No issues, friendly bloke, support there and he even beat the price. He's got my business.

Came back 2 years later because the glue for the dashcam came off and won't stick again. Grants team looked after me and put a new glue on without charge. Definitely the best place to buy dash camIn October 2017: Grant's a great lad and the workmanship is awesome well worth the price paid for definitely recommend them for Dash Cam installation!
