Over the phone and email I was told how important it was to come in to the showroom. Booked a time to go in and was then fobbed off as other walk-ns arrived.Had someone come measure for a quote but we never received the quote.

Called to get see if they could measure our new house and got judged by asking them just before we get the keys , they asked me why I haven’t done anything sooner even though new houses are almost always locked when under construction. Said “we come to your area but I don’t see how we can get there” “don’t like turning away business but just don’t see how we can help”.Just not real helpful at all. Fairly disappointing as they came highly recommended.

Brilliant service,excellent communication throughout, love my recently installed curtains and blinds. Would highly recommend this business. Rosemary and Peter are so helpful. The install occurred on a Sunday prior to Christmas which we really appreciated.
