Very helpful staff that know what they're talking about. I recently purchased a set of wireless earphones for sporting purposes and was directed to exactly what I needed and explained the pros and cons of various products. Also, the man that helped me actually acted human, rather than providing robotic responses that provided little substance to the conversation. Will visit again.

I was looking for a computer (gaming) chair. There was only one chair on display and a request for assistance had us wait 10 minutes and no one came, so we simply left and went another shop that was nearby. Plenty of other products just not what I needed.

One of, if not, the best Jbhifi stores.The staff are great, in particular the managers. They went above and beyond when I was having issues with their old extended warranty provider. I can’t thank them enough for the time and effort they put in to finding a solution for me.That in conjunction with a great range of products will have this store being my go to.
