Dirt Building Design

We keep going back!This is not the first time we have used Dirt Building Design.Jen and Eli are excellent what they do. We have had some crazy ideas, dreams and requests for our home and they have always found away.They are creative, unique and very professional to work with!Thank you again Jen and Eli!

I can only highly recommend Dirt Building Design. Down to earth, honest, earnest, reading and understanding our vision of our dream home. Giving us practical ideas, always keeping our budget in mind and bringing us back down to reality when we started flying high, but bringing ideas and solutions to the table, so we are able to build our dream home.

We are currently in the middle of our upstairs extension, to which Eli did our plans. To put it mildly it has been a nightmare. Eli has caused us a lot of anguish, and cost us a lot of money. From windows that were asked for and being drawn into our 3D pictures from him , not being listed in the windows so when we were quoted that was not in it. And even though we had repeatedly said we want the whole house rendered Eli put down linea weather boards. There has also been structural issues, that our builder has had to fix that was caused by Eli. Eli also put different names on our plans, and only changed that when the bank insisted, as they couldn’t proceed with our loan. He did not listen to what WE wanted. We would never recommended him.

We approached Eli and Jen to design our new home and we are so happy that we did. Each step of the way has been enjoyable, Eli took our scrappy ideas and turned them into something magnificent and yet still within our budget. Communication was consistent, professional and friendly. We would definitely recommend and use their services again.
