Could not of had ruder customer service.Went in to exchange a defective item. Ended up getting the exchange but had to pull up Connors terms and conditions to a faulty item.Just continuous glares and rude service from both staff members.

You guys r awsome. specially the champ “Majd” working at conor cranbourne park is an asset for this shop. we r regular buyers but trust me Majd is the guy behind our comeback everytime. There r few people who love their job with heart Majd is the guy I ever saw who is so much dedicated towards his job . Again best of luck conor for ur services and products.

Lack of options for some over sized men, lady at the counter, not welcoming customers, no smile on her face.

Served by Alyshia this morning. She was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She suggested other items to buy but wasn’t pushy on the up-sell. Even better my partner was happy with the choices we made. Happy to recommend shopping here.

I'm not one to usually write reviews but felt the sales assistant who I delt with deserved the review. I cannot thank Jen enough for going out of her way as much as she possibly could to ensure that I purchased the correct and perfect items for my husband! Her friendly and professional manner will make me want to shop at this store again! 10/10 thanks so much again :)

3 stars for good clothing. But 0 stars for customer service for phone calls. Out of all my working days i had the only time to make a run for an order i placed online to pickup from store and wanted to see if i could come for collection in a cab. I called 3 times and on the 4th my call was answered just to hear that shes busy and can’t talk! Like what the heck! Why cant more then 2 staffs be in the store? How does connor expect 1 staff to take phone calls, serve all customers or even take a bathroom break if need be?????? This is ridiculous. The customer service i great instore no doubt but more staffs should be appointed so that all pressure isnt on 1 staff and so that all customers a satisfied regardless instore or online! You can do better regarding the staff connor.

I bought a complete set of suit last month. The pretty half-American staff was refined, attentive to my needs and very polite. She even helped me with my exchanged item. She needs a commendation. However, the male assistant at that time was not so interested to help me and had that suspicious stare because I was wearing my dirty work clothes. In my opinion he could have thought that I couldn't afford an entire set of formal wear. The company needs to train staff on proper courtesy and dealing with customers.

I was shopping at Connor for 2 hours as I have a date this Saturday and I was after an outfit. But after meeting Steph and Mustafa I was convinced it was better that I bought 2 outfits.Mustafa has an eye for fashion design, he is good at what he does. Steph was honest with me and told me what she thought. Great customer service from both, positive vibes.
