Cannot recommend Chinchilla family dental highly enough. Amazing people. Fabulous dentist, everyone was so caring and friendly.I never thought I could have my teeth fixed without going to sleep since I have always been petrified at the dentist. I received such amazing care and help with my fears that I was able to sit and have work done which is amazing for me.Johnny and his team are brilliant at what they do.

Staff have been absolutely wonderful with my daughter. Her first ever time visiting a dentist the staff made it a fun and positive experience for her. I highly recommend taking your kids to this dentist. You won't be disappointed

My mother broke her tooth back in March 2023 and got a filling done at Chinchilla Family Dental. The filling fell apart while she was eating and when I called the clinic they told me that because she was a pensioner that was referred by Dalby Hospital and was not a private customer that they would not fix the filling. They mentioned that if it was a private customer that they would fix the issue. I would think that if you did the work and it wasn't good work that the Australian thing to do would be to fix it. To not fix the work because she is a pensioner doesn't seem right to me and it is something that the public need to be aware of.

Not up to my expectation. Appointment was at 2 pm but waited for 30 minutes. Went in for tooth cleaning but didn’t feel it was properly done only half of my tooth got cleaned and other half wasn’t done,at the end of the day it really depends on your luck who’s the doctor treating the patient, maybe other dentist there are better than the one I got

My partner when it and got his tooth pulled, best experience he said. He definitely would recommend this dentist to anyone. Lovely staff and made feel very comfortable.They were happy to chat to me while I'm waiting room, even gave my daughter attention and gave her a Ballon, they have tiny kids area to draw or play with which is also fantastic! Will be seeing these guys again ❣️

Dr John seems knowledgeable and thorough. He noted things no one has told me before and gave solutions. He seemed aware of possible personal constraints and was open to talk about options that will work.
