Terrible service- staff were rude on the phone seriously bad attitude! There are several places in Somerville that do fish and chips better than this establishment. Customer service appalling! So rude! Another business would appreciate your business and treat customers with respect! I was a loyal customer for 5 years but never again after the way I was spoken to tonight. Another fush and chip shop has my loyal business and their service was top notch and friendly.

GREAT FISH AND CHIPS, EVERYONE HAS TO TRY THE DEEP FRIED BANANA! Have been a loyal customer for years not sure what everyone else is expecting, it's a takeaway shop. If you're expecting excellent customer service maybe try a restaurant?

Burnt dim sims and Hamburger patty. Crab sticks floppy and very little batter. Grilled flake had heaps of batter on it. Worst fish and chips I've had. Sorry for the bad review but it really was bad.

I ordered the special fried flake and received butterfish/hake. Cheap bulk frozen fish!! Will be complaining.

I love paying for food and having half the order missing, especially after repeating the order 3 times. Some basic maths skills wouldn't go astray. Food is average. Won't be going there again.
