I had a great experience with Cole's Coaches who seem to have very friendly helpful drivers. They were commissioned to provide the shuttle bus between Warrnambool and the Port Fairy Folk Festival and in the joy of traveling with friends for such a fun festival my glasses case (with 2 pairs of prescription glasses) fell out of my bag and under the seat. After being limited to wearing my prescription sunglasses for the rest of the day and evening I didnt find them at home later that night so next I thought Id try Cole's to see if I had dropped them on the coach. My prayers were answered. One very responsible driver called Steve found the glasses, left them at the depot with a note and another driver Blackie allowed me to follow him to the depot to see if they had been handed in, which thanks to Steve they had, and I was ecstatically re-united with them. It is a big deal to lose prescription glasses - not only expensive but imperative for being able to work online as I do. Not only was Blackie so helpful though - he was really kind, warm, understanding & considerate man who went out of his way to be helpful. Thanks Blackie and Steve and Cole's - you are my champions!
