I have been hesitant to post a review due to not wanting everyone to book out sessions...purely selfish but valid! It's really popular but for good reasons.It's a great place to go; especially if you are like myself opposed to exercise and/or a bit self conscious!The instructors Gillie and Kiernan are kind, understanding and make you feel confident.So if you are thinking about it book in and potentially steal my spot, this place needs to be shared!

Too hard to get basic information. No contact to ring to ring to ask about class sizes etc .not signing up to an app

Always welcoming Gillie is the sweetest, and all the girls and guys that attend there are just as lovely as well. Nothing but good energy and working those muscles. Highly recommend ❤️
