Hair @ 4551

Finally found a local hairdresser to replace my Brisbane one.Fabulous service and a great style cut. I’ve booked 2 more appointments already.

I had an hair appointment booked for 5pm tonight.I have just been told via text “due to unforeseen circumstances” the appt will not go ahead.Only offer of alternative appt being 12.30pm Monday, when I am working.Really poor customer service and zero attempt in trying to get me another suitable appointment just over a week before Christmas. Pretty much too bad so sad from how the person was texting.Disappointment doesn’t cover it.

Staff were really friendly, helpful and attentive,It was so lovely, how Maddy asked us wether we would like a cup of coffee, water. Especially, how Maddy place a chocolate biscuits waffer next to the cup of coffee. And it made the experience relaxing when Maddy put the massage chair, it was also relaxing she massage d my neck while have my hair wash after having it coloured, also love Maddy's attentiveness in making sure the brassy tone were reduced in my hair.It was really professional of Jenny to make sure my hair was done right. I loved the special add by trimming my eye browses and trimming my side burns. My wiv, Kathy and I would definitely recommend the hairdresser's Hair@4551 to our friends and family.

Love love love this place! The ladies are so wonderful and I always feel welcomed and pampered. I've been to some hairdressers in the past that made me feel guilty for hair damage or for not treating it with ridiculously expensive products but the ladies at 4551 are understanding and give helpful advice for hair care. Kayla is absolutely lovely and amazing at what she does and I leave feeling happy and confident with my hair after every session (even during that awkward colour change phase). Looking forward to going back ❤️

Relaxed and welcoming salon with excellent cut and colour service provided. Jenny listened and understood what I was looking for and the final result was beautiful. I would highly recommend this salon and stylists.

I booked in for a last minute cut & was so impressed! Maddison took care of me and she was great, knew exactly how to cut/style my thick, curly hair. I really appreciate the time and care she took. And it’s the first time I’ve walked out of a salon and not wanted to wash my hair straight away to restyle. I’ll definitely be back!
