They go back to mental health workers which they do not have the rights to do will be making complaints to centrelink and making sure they don't pick on people with disabilities or mental health conditions there bloody ridiculous with appointments will be changing providers asap

I Greg Brown would like to recommend WDEA Horsham to anyone who needs assistance looking for work. I have found all the staff to be extremely friendly, helpful, understanding and they take the time to talk to and understand and barriers or conditions that you may have that could make it difficult for you to find work.When you walk in you are greeted by a very friendly face and voice in Zahna which automatically puts you at ease. She will ask you if she can help and is extremely helpful and you feel at ease, instead of on edge, she is a true asset to WDEA Horsham.My dealings have been with many different consultants in the office, however, my current consultant is Tayla Dunns and she has gone above and beyond in helping me secure the current position that I have which is: Early Opener at the Bennett Rd Milk bar General Store and Post office. Tayla is always bright and cheery, has a smile and make you feel good about yourself. Tayla pushed my name forward thinking that it was a position that would suit both me and the owner of the store, Russell Hayes. Tayla has ensured that I had a uniform and anything else that was required for the position, she has been great and so easy and professional to work with and asks at every appointment that l have, How's everything going? " This is great because it shows they "Do care" and that make you feel better. I always try to have my pay slips in on time

They run on their own schedule which isn't a help for people who have appointments, also they become unreliable on holidays they should be working

I can’t say enough good things about how I’ve been treated here. I feel safe and listened to and my medical issues are always taken into consideration which is important to me. I feel much more hopeful about my future now and most of that is due to wdea

Every time I've needed anything they have always been there at the drop of a hat to help.Overall such a great place to help you find a job + more. They take into consideration your wants and needs and not just what they want/need from you.My lovely job provider is always so nice, caring and attentive to me and has helped me gain great employment over the years. She has always and will always make me feel so welcome and like a friend, not a client.
