Gary was super helpful with everything we needed. As we are in lockdown everything was 100% contactless but still really easy. Storage shed is the perfect size, easy to find and access and the lifts are great. I’m confident all of our stuff will be safe.

Amazed by the customer service, be it on phone or in the store. They are very polite as well as professional. Evan is very helpful and I felt like a friend of mine is helping me with the storage rather than a manager. I would highly recommend this place for storage needs.

Excellent price. We are storing the entire content of our 3 bedroom house. We have access almost 24/7 and it is highly secure. The service from the staff is next to none. They arranged and accommodated our unique set up (removalist truck arriving without us physically present and my elderly mother supervising) and gave us another private tour when we were finally able to visit ourselves. We love that we can pop in whenever we need something.

Good value storage at first, but then the price slowly increased till it nearly doubled over the course of a year. I don’t know if that is typical or if it is determined by demand, but it was unexpected.The storage itself is very good, clean and secure. It’s never busy so it’s easy to get in and out quickly.

Staff were really helpful and looked after us so well when doing some sorting in a storage unit on a really hot day. Rent is cheaper than other places as it's a bit further to the edge of town. Easy parking and access, plenty of trolleys to move things more efficiently. Highly recommend.

I used Storage King Hume last year and returned again this year as they are always fantastic. The manager jumped through hoops last year to assist with a problem I had and had it sorted quickly. Great service.
