Went in today to get a brow wax and tint. So disappointed with the service! My brows are now completely uneven and the tint went everywhere, I was left with multiple bumps on one eyebrow and they some how managed to make my other eyebrow look higher than the other. Sooo upset! I used to come here a lot and get this exact service but now I won’t be returning.

They said they could do my nails ombré green and black . They showed me an example of how they were going to do it and I said I would like it like that just the opposite. It was not ombré and when I told them they made a mistake they insisted that I was the one in the wrong and that they told me they weren’t able to do it, when they did not. They than tried to convince me to get other nails there. The staff were rude and I don’t appreciate there time . Definitely wouldn’t recommend

First timer, I went in with extremely awful nails from a different business and Linda was absolutely amazing fixed my horried nails gave them the exact shape I wanted they are the absolute best I've had will be going there from now on. Thank you !!

Why is Rossy so rude if you say you're paying by debit card! Asking can you go get cash out instead. If you prefer to use a bank card so be it, but being told to walk up to the bank so you are only paying them via cash is ridiculous. Obviously it has something to do with the TAXATION DEPARTMENT

The girl was more concerned for me to do other services than the task I asked her to do. I had a wax and eyebrow colour and when I went home it locked like no waxing was done at all very disappointing

Not clean don't listen to what you're asking for. Eyebrow wax & tint took 5 mins no shaping & had to wipe off tint when I got home. They look awful. Nails look shabby & badly painted with shellac. Would not recommend. Waste of money & time. One star is to much.

Been here several times for pedicures and full sets/infills with appointments but today I had an appointment for an infill . When I got there the shop was closed ! Not happy after having booking confirmed
