Sorry to say as a local I drove to the station yesterday to get the Metro to the city and couldn’t get parking. The parking indicator said there were 12 spaces available which wasn’t the case. Very frustrated so I drove to Cheltenham and got parking easily. What a waste of time. Please if you want local commuters to use the service there needs to be more parking. There are no buses from where I live so I have to drive to the station. Insane!!

Very convenient but the car park is a joke. Always full. Time to run mini buses as a shuttle service from Cherrybrook Shopping village and nearby points. Avoid running large buses and keep the shuttle buses frequent and on constant loops. you will find that those needing car park slots will diminish. Will keep cars off the road too.

Finding parking here is atrocious! A great example of the poor planning by our government. Cherrybrook is the closest metro station for a lot of suburbs extending to Kenthurst, yet there's provision for about 400 parking spaces. How difficult would it logically be to double this amount? Surely not as difficult as constructing 21 storey buildings around the stations.

Great new station. Car park too small. If you have to park away from the station then it’s a long walk so allow plenty of time. Station is nice and modern.

I am sorry but can some idiot please fix your electronic signage? I mean it this morning (4/3/20) the sign outside indicating the number of free spots said 26. Went inside and the first floor: full (excluding disabled and reserved spots). Second floor: full. Third: full. Roof: full. The interior signs are just as bad. The third floor had said there were 11-13 parking spots left instead of 'full'. Please get this fixed because it is a waste of people's time.

Stylish new Metro Station at Cherrybrook has good carpark and bus connections. Platform doesn't have an escalator but it has two lifts so may cause a wait in peak hours. Driverless Metro trains come every few minutes but air con is a bit intense making a long trip a bit chilly. A seats face sideways so you feel the acceleration and braking.

the carpark has like...2 staff reserved carparks and about 7-10 disabled spots. so why the hell does the sign in front say it has 40 available spots?

There are no bus stand numbers/letters (stand A, B, C, etc.) So it's quite confusing if you've never been there before and don't know which side to stand for your bus. Everywhere else has stand numbers, why not here?

The place looks very beautiful and the design is top notch! Must say this is way more better than Victoria’s.
