Never order online from this place. They take your money for items not in stock and give no communication whatsoever. When you contact them and ask what is going on they then tell you the items you ordered aren't in stock. Some items take well over a month to come in.There is no indication from the website when ordering the items are not in stock. This is a dishonest business practice, and you are essentially loaning them money for a few weeks to a few months.Stay away from their online business.

On 2 seperate occasions my online order took 2 months to complete with no communication.A third time they reallocated my order.Total Tools are all franchises and Hoxton Park has shocking customer service.Do not expect anything good from Hoxton Park.

Excellent customer service and tools can be found in abundance in this store.Stockists of prime brands like Milwaukee, Makita, Dewalt, Bosch, Stanley, Kincrome,Ego, Bahco, Festool, Senco, Ironair, Suttons Tools, SPC, Buckaroo and so many more.You will always be greeted when you walk through the doors which is something you don't always get in other stores. Highly recommend!

Very bad service! Can’t get a a simple answer on price of tools . Battery’s hidden from view ! Too many sales man trying to make a sale won’t leave you alone . Worst place to shop for Milwaukee tools . Bankstown total tools much better on all accounts.

Just walked in here asking for help. The young guy tells me to wait, after 10 mins he totally forgets about me and when I complain he says I pointed you at the direction. 0/10 for service. Meant to be respectful at your loyal customers. Not the right way to run business. Will never come here again

Stuffed up my online order, went out of my way to buy from this store because it showed they had the goods I needed, bought at midday and by 4pm still no contact to say order was ready to collect. So I call the store, they confirm my details and order and tell me that someone will pick the order they will call me back in 5 min. No phone call back so I go to the store to collect goods, no order still picked, wait 15 min for them to gather my order of 7 items, then the news that 3 of my items are not in stock, very disappointed, so left the store minus the 3 items, now waiting on update for the rest of my goods, will not use online ordering again from this store.
