Gary is exceptional with knowledge about the rights of landlords, and explains this very well. Very prompt in communication and delivery of service, eg. We transferee to Raine & Horne from another agent and that night he had our property on the market! And calling to let us know about finding new tenants within a couple of weeks and on New Years Eve evening, very hard worker indeed!
