I requested a quote through the BCR website and Kiril promptly called me to discuss my options. Although BCR could not assist me with my needs, Kiril did steer me in the right direction which was very helpful.

When issues were escalated to BCR, the resolutions provided were inadequate, untimely, and incomplete. We sent over 100 emails to BCR raising issues relating to the poor quality of the warehousing services. Overall the customer service is horrible.When containers arrived, they were unpacked late and we were charged additional fees from our freight company.When containers were unpacked the inventory levels recorded in their system were grossly inaccurate. We found that when an item showed as in stock in their system, when it was time to dispatch they advised the stock was not available. Our customers were very upset.One of the worst aspects of their system was that when we submitted an order online via their website, the stock would not be dispatched. Repeated phone calls, emails and meetings and still it took up to 3 weeks for some orders to be dispatched.Their system was so poor at one point they were asking us to place 'test orders' into their website.We advised them our preferred carrier. But they used their own carriers and billed us.On occasions it may take weeks for the status to be updated from ‘Picking’. We have sent dozens of emails to BCR chasing updates on orders that are not updated electronically within the agreed timeframe of same day and next day.Carrier consignment numbers are not provided same day and next day as agreed. This results in calls and emails to our staff requesting the consignment numbers. In turn we are burdened with the administrative overheads of chasing BCR for consignment numbers. This situation has was raised on many occasions and remained unaddressedWe had orders in the BCR system showing as Cancelled but where stock has still been dispatched to the customers.Stock was commonly recorded incorrectly in the BCR system and consequently incorrect products are sent to the customers. Upon being notified of the issues BCR is not arranging pickups and re-deliveries within a reasonable timeframe. At one point they even used our freight account so we were charged for the mistakes.After months of frustration for our company, unnecessary frustration for customers, and losses of inventory we pulled the plug. Darren Hann eventually provided us with a discount on the warehousing fees after we threatened legal action. We appreciated the discount but it did not cover the losses and damage to our business.
