The team at Coz Auto were great. Was half the price of the dealer quote. Job was done within the advised timeframe. I was given a courtesy car and my car was returned to me all washed and cleaned. Will definitely get my car serviced here going forward.

Had them service my 2017 VW Golf. They were very upfront with the pricing and advised me regarding my brakes need to be replaced during the service. They were upfront with the pricing and provided me with best solution that will last a long time. They cleaned and detailed the car after the service as well. Highly recommend their services.

Billy, Daniel and the team at Cox Auto looked after my car and did a great job. From the check-in in the morning to hand over in the afternoon, everything was seamless. Probably the best experience I have had getting my car serviced. Cox Auto as a whole was fantastic at ensuring all aspects of my car were taken care of and attended to from general maintenance to cleaning both inside and outside the car. Daniel in particular was super friendly and explained everything to me excellently. I felt very comfortable asking questions regarding the servicing and Daniel ensured that I understood everything. They even gave me a free umbrella as I was leaving! Would highly recommend booking with Cox Auto for any and all servicing needs.

Such fantastic service from Daniel at Cox Auto Service!! He honestly went above and beyond to help me with the problems I had been experiencing with my car. He was able to fit me in on such short notice, provide me with a loan car all whilst providing such a seamless and professional experience. ***Beware of Theft***In short they try to make money out of nothing. They advertise that they are upfront in their comms with customers to inform them about any cost associated with the job.From a very first call they start to play those little mind games by saying that if vehicle will require an additional diagnostic then you would need to leave the vehicle, but will never mention that they will charge on top of what you have already paid.They will never call you to update the status of your vehicle unless you call them and ask.David and Billy both were lacking in their communication, when I asked David that why should I pay an extra $200 while you guys never mentioned that to me and If you guys mentioned to me earlier I would ask you not to processed for additional diagnostic (which seems to me a hoax by the way) - David had no answer on that and shamelessly asked me to pay the money.I would never recommend Cox Auto Service Centre to anyone and wish I would read all those negative google reviews before going to them.I am surprised that they are running a business with such unethical practices.
