Rudest cow works behind the counter . I needed assistance to a post office box because my boy was in hospital the rude rude cow refused to help. I'm sorry I don't know who you are, who your son is or the post box number. I said what you can't check as the lady did the last time to assist. NO I can't. Any wonder Australia post is going broke with rude people as her.
