A section dedicated to female cyclists! Nice selection of female clothing at reasonable prices. Different brands of female bikes in store. Friendly and very helpful staff who took time to answer my questions.

This is by far my favourite bike shop! These guys have the full package from awesome customer service, premium bikes & components, great pro-mechanics, and even bike fitting services. They have a great customer-centric approach that creates a good vibe and make customers like me come back time after time. I've used them over the last few years for all my cycling needs, from new to custom builds, and all things in between!

Just a quick note to thank you for your efficient and friendly service. I bought the bike 'over the phone' and it was delivered with changes as requested to specification and on time as promised. You’ve also been very helpful in servicing the bike at the last minute before an event for which Im especially grateful. Couldn't be happier with the team at Bike Force...helped me pick out a lovely Pinarello frame and put some new Zipp 353s and a 4iii power meter onto it. All components were sourced and built within 2 weeks! Guys kept me informed throughout and gave me a very detailed handover experience.Love me new Bike, all thanks to Bike Force...thanks guys!

We have bought 4 bikes now from Bikeforce. They are amazing and work hard to find exactly what we needed. They even packaged our bikes for them to be taken overseas as we recently moved abroad. The bikes are super high quality and look fantastic. The prices are surprisingly reasonable for the quality and service. My son recently upgraded to a 16 inch and is enjoying keeping up with his older brother. He had the Cannodale 12 inch previously and only took 2 days to pick up two wheel peddling WITHOUT training wheels. These bikes are top end bikes for kids but worth every cent!

Today I went to Bike Force Docklands to get a bike fit after purchasing a new bike.I’ve been cycling for a little while but not too long on the scale of things and as they say you don’t know what you don’t know.The team was incredibly knowledge and patient.In total I spent near 2 hours going from my old bike to my new, looking at how I currently ride/sit and adjusting to a more comfortable but also efficient position moving from my previous bike to my new one.When I say knowledgeable I don’t mean punching some numbers into a computer and adjusting the bike to match and sending me on my way. I mean the technician spent time going over my strength and flexibility as well as experience on the bike and my current (in my case - no so great) habits. Before working on some measurements to suit. Once finding these measurements we took the bike outside to see if it felt good off the trainer. We also discussed how I might go about improving my pre-existing habits and strength to get the most out of my bike and fit.I had an awesome experience getting my bike fit and Bike Force. I felt taken care of and like I could trust the whole team they’re on-top of as I said before the whole team felt incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend Bike Force for your next fit, your first fit or any of your bike needs!Thanks everyone :)

I bought something here as a gift that wasn’t right for the recipient. I tried to return it a week later in its box in brand new condition, but was told it was ‘a final sale’ — no returns possible outside of mandatory consumer rights, and no offer of an exchange. Buyer beware.Seeing the response from the retailer below, it's clear their approach is still adversarial. I politely requested to return an item, but their response was to just say no. (RE: the promotion, I just needed the email to be different, per the terms of the promotion). They did not offer an exchange. But really the problem was that they basically scoffed at me. That's not the kind of customer service I ever expect.

Premium bike store with premium service!Hue and team are extremely informative and very helpful. Have you ever been into a bike shop where you are made to feel uncomfortable because you may have asked a few basic questions? Those 'special' bike shops that only want to deal with pros. Well, needless to say, it won't happen with Hue.After cracking the rear hub on my old zipps, Hue was fantastic. He provided a number of options and got me up and running for the Alpine Classic. I know where i will buy my next bike from!

A great bike shop, with high quality bikes and equally impressive service.In the search for a new road bike, I found Bike Force Docklands had a relaxed and professional approach, they quickly worked with my requirements and budget to find me a good match, a good looking BMC.As I live overseas (in Singapore), they quickly made arranges to pack the bike for travel and were responsive to my tight schedule.
