Fantastic customer service! Had a car stereo installed and after experienced some non-install related issues the service team quickly actioned the issue and resolved it. Would highly recommend this store for any car stereo related purchases or issues.

I just learned that if Autobarn needs to order in something simple, such as spark plugs, that they don’t stock, you cannot return them for any reason. Now I have spark plugs I don’t need. They should make that known before ordering them. I am done with this chain. Very disappointed. Thankfully there are plenty of other auto parts stores nearby.

More than decent but first guy couldn't find my rewards details on the computer approx 7-10 mins later it was fixed by the younger bloke no problem
