I ordered sandwich trays from the catering project at very short notice. They were delivered within 2 hours, with the food very fresh and tasty. Will definitely be using again.

I have been using various catering companies around Sydney and Melbourne weekly for the last 5 years, and this is without a doubt the worst company I have ever used.They not only delivered to the wrong address multiple times (despite confirming the correct one) but also ignored written confirmation of an order and didn’t deliver an entire order - claiming that they never gave confirmation as an invoice wasn’t issued (even though they did admit they confirmed in writing). Horrendous experience with customer service in solving the problem, simply stated there was nothing they could do.Super unhappy with their service and would not recommend anyone who wants reliability to use this company.

We were very happy with the quality and flavours of the delicious food from Catering Project last night. We celebrated our Fathers birthday at home for a group of 25 people. This was made a lot easier to host knowing that great food would be delivered. Highly recommend Catering Project and we will be ordering again regularly.

Our go to catering company for anytime we want some lunch or morning tea for meetings or sessions. We've never had a bad dish from here and they're always so efficient and accurate with delivery times. The brownies especially are a big winner - and no matter what we order we'll always make sure to get those. Especially for a gluten free treat, absolutely fantastic.

Service was great, food arrived on time and everything was very streamlined and easy to order. The food itself was good, couldn't fault it there.However, the gaping issue lies within the way they rip you off. Firstly, the prices are listed as not including GST which is fine but sneaky as it's an attempt to downplay how overpriced the food is. Secondly, there is no indication of portion size, what they provide makes normal finger food look like a meal. How can you justify $4 for a rice paper roll the size of your pinkie finger or $6 for a slider the size of a 50 cent coin??Just a heads up, if you order from here all you'll be left with is a room full of disgruntled employees and a hole in your pocket.

I ordered two big pastry platters and they were not only delicious but arrived precisely on time which was incredibly important for me when organising an event.

This is the first time I have used Catering Project for an event on the 10th of May. The ordering process is easy (my only feedback is I would have preferred for prices to be quoted GST inclusive right from the start and for people to be made aware of that - it was awkward to present one quote to my manager and then raised it by GST at the end), the delivery process was smooth (I had concerns with our locations that the driver might be lost or worse, delayed delivery but that was not a problem. It arrived 30 mins prior to my booked time), the portion size is on the smaller end however for my purpose it was actually perfect as it is a morning tea event. Attendees loved the quality, presentation, variety and taste of the food (with exception of the broccoli frittata... that's just probably due to people's dislike of broccoli in general !! :)). Overall, it was a great experience - One attendee had indicated that she would contact CP for her next event.

Clinton from the Catering Project Melbourne, was amazing, super helpful in making sure we had everthing for a fun work Christmas Party. The food was delicous, beautifully presented and lots of it! Highly recommend the team for any of your catering needs.

A very disappointing experience with customer service.I will give credit where credit is due, the food is tasty and well presented. However, the customer service is very disappointing. Firstly, on asking for a smaller, cheaper quote we were constantly emailed the more expensive quote and our request was never answered. Then when an order was mistakenly placed twice (due to a hard to use website), they failed to check with us if we wanted the exact same order delivered to the exact same place at the exact same time, even though I had called to see if an order had previously been placed. Sadly, the company refuses to meet us halfway about this and will not provide a discount or credit. Will not be using them again and warn others about the poor customer service.
